The Couples Connection Workbook is a practical workbook for couples who want to strengthen the closeness, warmth, affection and connection within their relationship.
Rather than simply giving relationship advice, the workbook encourages both partners to take part. It includes questions to answer individually, conversations to have together and practical exercises designed to help couples understand one another better and become more intentional about maintaining emotional and physical closeness.
It is suitable for couples of all ages, genders and stages of relationship. The approach is warm, respectful and grown-up, exploring intimacy and affection without becoming explicit or uncomfortable.

The After Work Side Hustle Workbook

The After Work Side Hustle Workbook is designed for people who would like to create an additional source of income alongside their existing job but are unsure what kind of side business would suit them.
Instead of giving you a list of fashionable side hustles and telling you to pick one, the workbook helps you work out what could realistically work for you. You will explore your existing skills, experience, interests, available time, financial goals and different ways those could potentially be turned into additional income.
By the end of the workbook, you should have narrowed down your options, identified the ideas worth investigating further and created a practical starting plan for moving from thinking about a side hustle to actually building one.

The Career Direction Workbook

The Career Direction Workbook is a practical guided workbook created for young adults who are unsure what career, job or working life they want to pursue.
It helps the reader explore far more than simply which jobs sound interesting. The exercises look at strengths, personality, interests, skills, lifestyle ambitions, earning potential, preferred ways of working and the different routes available, including employment, self-employment, business and other income opportunities.
Rather than trying to tell someone what they should do with their life, the workbook helps them compare possibilities and gradually narrow them down. The aim is to finish with a clearer sense of direction and a practical idea of what to explore, learn or do next.

The Second Chapter Programme

The Second Chapter is not a downloadable workbook. It is a guided 12-week programme for people who know there is more they want from the next stage of their life, but may not yet know what that looks like.
Perhaps life has changed. Perhaps work no longer defines you in the way it once did. You may be approaching retirement, coming through a major transition, reassessing what matters, or simply finding yourself asking, “What do I want the next part of my life to be about?”
The Second Chapter gives you the time, structure and support to explore that question properly.
Over 12 weeks, you will work through a carefully designed programme combining guided group sessions, personal reflection, practical exercises, individual work between sessions and a comprehensive participant workbook. Rather than being told what your next chapter should look like, you will be encouraged to explore your own interests, values, relationships, ambitions, possibilities and priorities.
The programme moves gradually from understanding where you are now to considering what you would like life to contain in the years ahead. You will have the opportunity to explore ideas you may previously have dismissed, identify what gives you energy and meaning, recognise what may be holding you back and begin turning possibilities into realistic plans.
A particularly important part of the programme is the group itself. You will be taking the journey alongside other people who are asking similar questions. The sessions provide a supportive environment for conversation, ideas, encouragement and perspective, while still allowing your own Second Chapter to remain completely personal to you.
Throughout the 12 weeks, you will build your own Second Chapter Portfolio, bringing together what you have discovered about yourself, the possibilities you want to explore and the practical steps you want to take next.
This is a programme, not simply a course you buy and forget about.
Because the quality of the group experience matters, places are limited and participation is by application.
Your investment in yourself for this programme is £1297.00
The application is not a test and there are no “right” answers. It simply gives us an opportunity to understand where you are in your life, what you hope to gain from the programme and whether The Second Chapter is likely to be the right fit for you.
If you feel that the next part of your life deserves more than simply letting it happen, The Second Chapter gives you the opportunity to start designing it.
Nobody is automatically accepted or rejected.
The automation organises applicants and flags them for review, but you make the final decision.
Payment is only due once you have been accepted and if you then decide to go ahead.
